No. A touring caravan has no registration plate and no DVLA record, so a normal HPI-style vehicle check does not apply. The equivalent for touring caravans is the CRiS register, which records a caravan's unique 17-digit CRiS number. Motorhomes and campervans are different: they are registered and can be checked normally.

Why tourers cannot be HPI checked
