Terms of Service

The service. CaravanCheck provides vehicle history reports for UK-registered motorhomes and campervans, compiled from third-party data sources (DVLA, DVSA and Experian AutoCheck) at the time of your order, and editorial guides. Reports are delivered by email to the address you provide at checkout.

Pricing. The full history check costs £9.99 per registration checked. The price includes all data fees. Payment is taken by Stripe; we never see your card details.

Accuracy. We report the data our sources hold at the moment of the check. We cannot guarantee those sources are complete or error-free, and a clear report is not a guarantee that a vehicle is free of issues (for example, very recent finance agreements or thefts may not yet be recorded). A history check is not a substitute for a physical inspection.

Delivery and refunds. Reports are normally emailed within minutes. If we cannot complete your report the same day, we will refund you in full. If you entered the wrong registration, contact us and we will re-run the correct one free of charge (once per order).

Touring caravans. Touring caravans are not DVLA-registered and cannot be checked by this service. Our caravan guide explains the CRiS check and physical inspection instead.

Fair use. Reports are for your personal use in evaluating a vehicle. Reselling or republishing report data is not permitted.

Liability. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the price paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
