V5C logbook in the seller's name at the address you are visiting.
VIN on the vehicle matches the V5C.

Service history and a recent habitation service certificate.

The physical inspection

Damp: corners, windows, roof lights, under seating and the floor. Use a damp meter if you can.
Habitation: fridge, heating, hob, water pump, lights and sockets all working.
Tyres: tread and, crucially, age (motorhome tyres perish before they wear out).
Engine, brakes and a test drive.
Bodywork, seams and roof for signs of leaks or repairs.
